These procedures use surgical technique to reposition or remove tissue in the brows, eyelids, cheeks and chin.
Blepharoplasty
(Eyelid Surgery)
Blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, removes or repositions skin, muscle and fat in the eyelid region. Treatment may involve the upper eyelid, lower eyelid, or both, depending on what’s recommended for you. The procedure is performed using surgical excision.
Eyebrow Lift
(Forehead Lift)
An eyebrow lift, also called a forehead lift, raises the position of the brow to address the downward movement of skin and tissue over time. Lifting the brow can also reduce the amount of excess skin in the upper eyelid area and help rebalance the contour of the eyelids.
Cheek & Mid-Face Lift
Cheek lifting surgery repositions the tissue of the mid-face. Depending on your anatomy, this can involve lifting straight up (a vertical vector) or up and out toward the temple (a superolateral vector). Technique is selected to suit the direction and degree of correction needed.
Chin Lift
(iNeedle Chin Lifting Surgery)
iNeedle Chin Lifting is a minor surgical procedure for patients who don’t require a full face lift. A single suture is passed from side to side under the chin and jaw, creating a scaffold that supports and lifts loose tissue in that area.
Ribbon Lift
(Endotine Ribbon Implant)
The Endotine ribbon implant is a thin, flexible strip of bio-absorbable material used to lift and secure tissue in the lower face and neck. The ribbon is inserted beneath the muscle and attached to tissue around the bone.
Minimally Invasive Procedures
These procedures offer facial lifting and volume restoration without traditional surgical excision.
Thread Lift
(Fat Transfer)
A thread lift is a minimally invasive alternative to surgical skin removal. Threads are inserted into the soft tissue of the treatment area and used to gently reposition the skin, producing a lifting effect. Local anaesthetic is used to numb the area beforehand.
Lipofilling
(Fat Transfer)
Lipofilling, or fat grafting, uses your own fat as a volumising alternative to dermal filler. Fat is collected, processed, and reintroduced to the treatment area to support facial contours, without the use of synthetic filler material.
Laser Liposuction
Laser liposuction targets fat beneath the lower eyelids and chin. The treatment denatures fat cells, which the body then absorbs naturally over time. It’s a less invasive approach than traditional liposuction techniques.

Every surgical procedure at Prèface Cosmetic is performed by Dr Hollenbach and planned with clinical care and precision. Non-surgical procedures are carried out under his supervision.
